By placing your order through this company, you agree to be subject to these terms and conditions.
Names and Information: When a reservation is made, the Ravens Trips game form must be filled out completely with Full Legal Name, Date of Birth, Sex, Email address, and Physical address for each person traveling.
ACCOMMODATIONS: For Land Only packages (flight not included) extra hotel nights are available upon request for an additional cost. Rooms with single occupancy (1 person) will receive 1 bed. For rooms with double occupancy (2 people), please indicate the desired bedding arrangement – 1 or 2 beds. All triple (3 people) and quad (4 people) rooms will have 2 beds. Buyer must check into the hotel room on the scheduled arrival day of the package to avoid being considered a “no show”. If a passenger is a “no show”, RavensTrips.com LLC is not responsible for refunding any portion(s) of the package to Buyer. Most hotels expect departing guests to vacate rooms by 11 AM and arriving guests to check-in after 3 PM to allow for cleaning and maid service. Roller beds will be at the discretion of the hotel based upon availability and fire code.
PHYSICAL DISABILITY: Any physical disability that may require special attention or treatment must be reported in writing when the reservation is requested so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
TAXES: Included are all presently known government and local taxes on included services unless otherwise noted.
DOCUMENTS: Confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of payment. Final tour documents will be received via email a minimum of 7 days prior to trip date. Game tickets may be delivered on site where security and convenience factors make it necessary.
ORDER CHANGES Any changes (i.e. name changes, hotel check-in and check-out dates, number of people, etc.) made within 60 days of the scheduled trip date shall incur a $25 processing fee.
PAYMENT or DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit (determined per trip) is due at time of booking in order to confirm reservation. Additional payments must be made in accordance with the deposit schedule and final payment is due no later than 90 days prior to the departure date. Payments must be made in the form of personal check, cashier’s check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Buyer’s authorization to use credit card number for deposit and/or final payments indicates Buyer’s complete compliance with these Terms and Conditions, whether or not signature is provided on purchase form. Verbal authorization of your credit card confirms the reservation. If payments are not received by the due dates, the event services to be provided may be considered null and void at the sole discretion of RavensTrips.com LLC and any payments to date will be forfeited.
TRIP DATE: Trip date indicates the day customer(s) is scheduled to either check in to accommodations or utilize Ravens Trips provided transportation.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing, email or registered mail. A full refund less $300 per person will be provided for all cancellations received 61 days or more from the scheduled trip date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 61 days of the scheduled trip date. Any cancellation fee due to a reduction in group size is not transferable to the balance of the group. If cancellation by one or more passengers alters the room requirements of the remaining passengers, those passengers still traveling must pay the revised rate. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies.
INSURANCE: Information regarding trip cancellation insurance for tour packages is available online on our specific trip pages. NOTE: Insurance purchase is recommended, as no refunds will be provided within 61 days of trip (See Cancellations) if patron cannot attend the trip for any reason, including weather or other acts of God.
LOST TICKETS: Buyer is responsible to safeguard own tickets, once received. Tickets cannot be guaranteed to be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
CONDITIONS: All prices published for each package are per person rates. Acknowledgement from Buyer and/or signed copy of these Terms and Conditions must be received by RavensTrips.com LLC along with required payments. in order to confirm any reservation, RavensTrips.com LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any person as a member of its tour or to cancel a tour completely in its sole discretion. RavensTrips.com LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation and will remit a full refund to the cancelled party. If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason whatsoever, RavensTrips.com LLC will refund to buyer all deposits paid by buyer not yet utilized by Ravens Trips LLC to purchase package components, Ravens Trips LLC seller will use its best efforts to obtain refunds for any package components already purchased.
DISCLAIMER AND RESPONSIBILITY: RavensTrips.com LLC agrees to offer its services to Buyer as a purveyor of hotel rooms, ground transportation, air transportation, hospitality, and tickets for admission to major sporting and entertainment events. RavensTrips.com LLC is acting as an intermediary and/or agent for suppliers in selling event services and/or in accepting reservations or bookings for event services which are not directly supplied by
RavensTrips.com LLC. Services provided in conjunction with these tours are rendered by suppliers acting as independent contractors and not as agents or employees of RavensTrips.com LLC. RavensTrips.com LLC therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to Buyer or Buyer’s travel companions or group members. ?? RavensTrips.com LLC, nor any director, officer, employee or other representative shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any Buyer in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or development of any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the control of RavensTrips.com LLC.
Each Buyer(s) voluntarily assumes all risks and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Each Buyer’s receipt of tickets, vouchers or program information from RavensTrips.com LLC shall constitute an acknowledgement of and consent to these terms and conditions as well as an agreement to convey these matters to all travel companions or group members. The Buyer, by engaging RavensTrips.com LLC and making deposits and/or full payment for any tour or other arrangements, acknowledges the position of RavensTrips.com LLC as described above and agrees to hold RavensTrips.com LLC harmless as a result of RavensTrips.com LLC effort to provide Buyer with arrangements requested on its behalf. ??If an act of God, unavoidable accident, strike or other labor dispute, fire, riot or civil commotion, government action or decree, inclement weather or any other event beyond the control of RavensTrips.com LLC makes it impossible or illegal to provide tours, tickets, or any element thereof, RavensTrips.com LLC shall not be obligated to Buyer(s) in any manner.
RavensTrips.com LLC, Inc. is an independently owned and operated business. Any reference to specific events herein is made only for the clear identification and reference for potential Buyers of RavensTrips.com LLC, Inc. and reference to a specific event is not intended to imply, nor should it be understood or assumed, that RavensTrips.com LLC, Inc. is endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or otherwise affiliated with the organizers and/or sponsors of events referenced herein.
AIR PORTION: (APPLIES ONLY TO PACKAGES THAT INCLUDE FLIGHT TRANSPORTATION)
RavensTrips LLC recommend checking in two hours prior to scheduled departure time. No airline ticket will be issued. Flight ticketing will be by e-ticket. Buyer(s) must show government issued photo Identification. Buyer recognizes that RavensTrips.com LLC is not the direct air carrier and does not control flight schedules. Buyer agrees that RavensTrips.com LLC shall have no liability for any delays or change of schedule unless RavensTrips.com LLC is the sole cause for such delay or change of schedule. Should any delay or change of schedule occur, and should RavensTrips.com LLC recover any amount as damages from the direct air carrier for such delay or change of schedule, RavensTrips.com LLC agrees to share the net recovery on a pro-rata basis.
